If tracking shows “Delivered,” the order is considered fulfilled.

Customers must contact the carrier directly for delivery disputes.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed strictly by our Refund Policy.

Used items are non-returnable
Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval

Failure to follow the return process voids refund eligibility.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before filing a chargeback.

Filing a fraudulent chargeback after confirmed delivery constitutes breach of these Terms.

Provide IP address and transaction verification
Block future purchases
